GAINESVILLE - Two Gainesville residents are facing charges after stealing metal parts off of railroad tracks. Gainesville Police Lt. Carol Martin said a witness told officers that he saw two men picking up metal plates next to the tracks on Georgia Avenue and loading them into a car.
